Shipping Information
We ship all orders from our quilt shop in Utah.
Our goal is to ship every order by the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day. During sales, holidays, or other high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. We always choose the most efficient USPS or UPS shipping service based on the size and weight of your order.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items cannot be combined with in-stock items. If your order includes both, please place two separate orders, as each shipment requires its own shipping charge.
U.S. Shipping
We ship throughout the United States via USPS and UPS.
Estimated delivery times:
- USPS Ground Advantage (First Class): 2–5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been shipped, LouLou's Fabric Shop is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. For added peace of mind, we highly recommend purchasing Shipping Protection during checkout.
If you purchase Shipping Protection, we'll help make things right by replacing eligible in-stock items or issuing a refund if a covered package is lost or stolen.
If Shipping Protection is not selected, any claims for lost or stolen packages must be filed directly with the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS).

International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
Because international shipping costs can vary significantly, we'll gladly refund any substantial overpayment in shipping charges. If the actual shipping cost is significantly higher than the amount collected at checkout, we'll contact you before shipping your order. If shipping costs are excessive, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges assessed by their country. These fees are not included in your order total.
Once an international package leaves the United States, LouLou's Fabric Shop is not responsible for delays caused by customs or for packages that are lost or damaged while in transit.
Oversized Items
Some oversized or unusually heavy items may require additional shipping charges. If this applies to your order, we'll contact you before processing your shipment.
Fraud Prevention
To help protect our customers and our small business, all orders are screened by our payment processors. If an order is identified as potentially fraudulent, we may be unable to process or ship it. In those cases, the order will be canceled and a full refund will be issued.
