Shipping Protection
Once your order has been shipped, LouLou's Fabric Shop is not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen during transit. For added peace of mind, we highly recommend purchasing Shipping Protection at checkout.
If you purchase Shipping Protection and your package is lost or stolen, we'll make it right. If the items are still in stock, we'll promptly send a replacement. If they're no longer available, we'll issue a refund for the covered items.
If Shipping Protection is not selected, any claims for lost or stolen packages must be filed directly with the shipping carrier (UPS or USPS). By declining Shipping Protection, you acknowledge that responsibility for lost or stolen packages transfers to the shipping carrier once your order has been shipped.
